[ General changes ]

General Information:

-Items don't grant their unique effects until they reach level 3. Levels 1 and 2 will now only provide the item's assigned stat bonuses. We're aware this isn't clearly communicated in-game yet and are working to improve clarity in a future update.

Map changes:

More texture updates!

Lighting updates that may affect performance if playing on epic settings.

Economy changes:

Players will now receive reduced gold for killing an enemy who is behind by 3000 gold or more. This change is aimed at reducing snowball potential and helping matches stay more competitive, especially in the early game.

Assault changes:

Overtime Added: The assault phase now includes an overtime mechanic. If any attacking players are inside the contest zone when the assault timer expires, the phase will continue until all attackers are cleared from the zone. This change gives teams with a strong lead a better chance to close out the game.

Core Walker Defense Mechanic: The Core Walker now takes 50% reduced damage while any defending players are inside the contest zone. This will be visually indicated by the Core Walker changing color and gaining a visible defensive shield effect.

- Core walker slam cooldown 30s -> 15s
- Core walker slam max health damage 20 -> 55%
- Core walker slam delay 2.5 -> 2s

Leveling up:

Player leveling is no longer tied to the start of each round. Instead, players will now level up every two minutes during the round, up to a maximum of level twelve. Level-based stat gains have been rebalanced to better support this new progression system and ensure smoother power scaling throughout the match.

Ultimate's:

Ultimates are no longer charged based on damage dealt or damage taken. Instead, ultimate recharge is now determined solely by each hero’s Ultimate Recharge Rate. This change gives us greater control over how often ultimates are available and allows for more precise balancing across the roster. As a result, you can expect ultimates to be available more frequently compared to the last patch.
